This is an appeal from a summary final judgment in a garnishment proceeding. The appellant is the plaintiff. The appellee, Keystone Insurance Company, is the garnishee. In a wrongful death action growing out of an automobile collision, the appellant recovered a judgment against both Robert Wolf, the driver of the car involved, and Rudolph Wolf, the father of the driver and the owner of the car.
