Defendant offered evidence. Considering plaintiff's evidence in the light most favorable to him and giving him the benefit of every reasonable inference to be drawn therefrom, and considering so much of defendant's evidence as is favorable to him, the court properly submitted the case to the jury, and defendant's assignment of error to the court's denial of his motion for judgment of compulsory nonsuit made at the close of all the evidence is overruled...
