On January 2, 1963, the Secretary of Revenue suspended the operating privileges of appellant, Arwin Zabel, for a period of three months, commencing January 8, 1963, for the stated reason "convicted of speeding in the State of Connecticut which would be a violation of section 1002 (b) (6) of The Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code."
