This action was brought by the plaintiff-appellee, Curtis Balven, against the defendant-appellant, Yellow Transit Freight Lines, Inc., for the recovery of overtime compensation along with liquidated damages and attorney's fees allegedly due him for work performed during the period June 1, 1959, to April 23, 1961.
