On December 22, 1960, Rogers was convicted of offenses involving the unlawful trafficking in narcotics, 26 U.S. C. §§ 4704(a), 4705(a). He appealed the judgments to this court, and on August 22, 1962, the judgments were affirmed by decision of this court. Rogers v. United States, 10 Cir., No. 7021, reported sub nom. Ferguson v.
