This is a negligence action for injuries received by plaintiff-appellant, Larry M. Sallee, hereinafter referred to as "appellant," while appellant was attempting to cross Central Avenue, S.E., in Albuquerque, at an alley in the middle of the 2500 block. In the first cause of action, Myron L. Sallee, father and next friend of appellant, prays judgment for hospital and medical expenses.
