Appellants, Walter Bryant and William McCall, were arrested and fined for violating section 903 of The Vehicle Code, 75 PS § 903, overweight vehicle, and each has appealed his conviction to this court. Both appeals were consolidated for hearing, and will be disposed of in this single opinion.
