This is a suit wherein the plaintiff seeks damages for personal injuries sustained by him on September 13, 1960, in an automobile accident that occurred on Louisiana Highway No. 25 about two miles North of its intersection with Louisiana Highway No. 10. Named as defendants are the Spohrer Construction Company, T. L. James and Company, Inc., and the State of Louisiana. Legislative authority to file suit against the State was never obtained.
