Plaintiffs filed an action in assumpsit in two counts against defendants on a cause of action which arises out of a factual circumstance which ordinarily sounds in trespass. In the spring of 1961, plaintiff, Anne Sabocheck, fell while entering the court house of Washington County to pay her taxes. The fall was alleged to have occurred because of the negligence of the three individual defendants, who are the Commissioners of Washington...
