The plaintiff was engaged in the business of processing and packing frozen foods and delivered in 1959 a quantity of frozen vegetables to the defendant for storage in its frozen food storage warehouse at Greenville, South Carolina. The plaintiff claimed that a portion of these vegetables while in storage were damaged through the negligence of the defendant
