Appellant, McGehee Hatchery Company, is engaged in the business of hatching eggs on a large scale at McGehee, Arkansas. Appellee, Keno R. Gunter, who lived in Mississippi, sold newly hatched chickens for appellant; his salary was $285.00 per month. At the same time, Gunter also worked for other concerns who were engaged in some angle of the chicken business. On January 22, 1958, Gunter was severely injured in an automobile accident in Mississippi...
