This is an appeal from a conviction of murder in the first degree. Appellant was indicted by the Grand Jury of Howard County, Indiana, for murder while in the perpetration of a robbery, which is declared to be first-degree murder according to the statutes of Indiana (§ 10-3401, Burns' Ind. Stat., 1956 Replacement). He was tried before the Howard Circuit Court by a jury, found guilty and sentenced to life...
