In this case the plaintiff sued the defendant to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in a collision between motor vehicles operated by the plaintiff and by defendant's agent. A jury trial was had and a verdict was returned in favor of the plaintiff. At the close of plaintiff's case defendant moved for a directed verdict on the grounds that the case presented no evidence of negligence on the part of the defendant and that the evidence...
