The plaintiff-appellee, under authority of LSA-R.S. 48:441 et seq., expropriated the defendant's building and land located at the corner of Main and North 10th Streets in the City of Baton Rouge. The plaintiff has deposited $100,000.00 in the registry of the court, representing the plaintiff's estimate of the market value of the real estate as of the date of the taking, November 12, 1957, and on November 12...
