Appellant plaintiffs brought suit for personal property damage caused by a fire which admittedly originated in appellee defendant's garage and burned an adjoining building. The jury returned a verdict for defendant. The principal contention on this appeal is that plaintiffs were entitled to a directed verdict (the defendant introduced no proof) on the ground defendant was negligent as a matter of law because it violated certain safety standards...
