The information herein, after alleging two prior felony convictions of defendant under the habitual criminal act, in one count charged defendant with burglary in the second degree of and stealing from a shop of Alfred Aslanian, doing business as Aro Cleaners, situate at 2600 North Taylor Avenue, in the City of St. Louis.
