In December, 1952, Leo G. Sheridan executed to Samuel Scrivener, Jr., and Junior F. Crowell as trustees a deed of trust on certain realty to secure a note for $13,500 payable to Perpetual Building Association. Because of delinquency in the payment of instalments, the trustees held a foreclosure sale on January 3, 1958, and accepted the high bid of $12,050, which was sufficient to cover the unpaid balance of Sheridan's debt and all...
