This is an action ex delicto by plaintiffs, husband and wife, for the recovery of damages allegedly resulting from a fall sustained by plaintiff wife on property leased by defendant, Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company. Also impleaded were the insurer for A. & P., and the owners-lessors of the property, together with their insurer.
