Bertrand O. Marshall, plaintiff and appellant, was employed by defendant Trans World Airlines, Inc., on November 21, 1951, as a mechanic. He continued in this employment regularly until November 17, 1956, when he was struck on the head by a large overhead door while standing in a Western Auto Supply Company store in Kansas City...
