This suit was brought by the Appellee as Tutrix, and on behalf of, her minor daughter, Ella Bourgeois, to annul and vacate a judgment recognizing as the sole and only heirs of decedent, Stephen Isidore Leduc, his five children by his former marriage with Delvinia Maisonville, from whom he was divorced 35 years before; and to have the minor recognized as an heir (granddaughter) of deceased, and entitled to onehalf of his estate.
