These are plaintiff's appeals from judgments in favor of defendant County of El Dorado in two actions consolidated for trial, the first, under Business and Professions Code section 11525, challenging as unreasonable an order by the county board of supervisors rejecting plaintiff's tentative subdivision map; and the second, an action urging invalidity of two zoning ordinances.
