ROBERTS, Justice.

This is a criminal complaint wherein the defendant is charged with having operated a motor vehicle upon a public highway "without having his operators [sic] license on his person in violation of Section 31-10-25 of the General Laws of 1956." The defendant's demurrer to the complaint was overruled, and thereafter the case was tried to a justice of the superior court sitting without a jury, who found the defendant guilty.
