FROST, Justice.

This is an appeal by an employee from a decree of the workmen's compensation commission entered on January 12, 1962 denying and dismissing his petition for review. The commission found as a fact that since June 30, 1961 the petitioner had been partially incapacitated for work by reason of the injury sustained on March 28, 1960, but that he had failed to prove the extent of his loss of earning capacity.
