Plaintiffs, the Audubon Park Commission and the Audubon Park Natatorium, Inc., instituted this suit to enjoin the Board of Commissioners for the Port of New Orleans from continuing construction of public wharves and dock facilities on that part of the batture which forms a portion of property designated as the Mengel Tract, of which Audubon Park Natatorium is the record owner.
