This is an appeal from a summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of appellees, Tenneco Oil Company, a corporation, hereafter called "Tenneco", and Loyd W. Richardson Construction Corporation, hereafter called "Richardson", that appellants, John L. Bolin, Petrea Kay Bolin, Kenneth L. Pfoff and Gwendolyn Pfoff take nothing by their suit.
