This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 30, 31 and 32 of appellant's application1 for a patent for "Assembly of Acoustical Panels with Retainers." Two claims were allowed.

Claim 30, which is representative, reads:

30. An assembly in combination with two angularly adjoining walls, said assembly comprising a plurality of panels extending...
