This action in equity seeks an accounting and injunctive relief in connection with two promissory notes given by the plaintiffs to the defendant Lussier's assignor, Angus McPherson. The predominant obligation is in the amount of $16,158.00 dated August 18, 1955 and was secured by real and personal property mortgages on the plaintiffs' farm, livestock and farm machinery in Charleston, Vermont.
