This case is before this court upon petition of Kingsbury Electric Cooperative, Inc., (Kingsbury), to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board issued September 17, 1962, reported at 138 NLRB ____ (No. 63). The Board in its answer requests enforcement of its order. The alleged unfair labor practices occurred within this circuit.
