An information in three counts was filed in the district court within 30 days of the first day of the term, charging that defendant did "unlawfully receive, conceal or aid in the concealment of the following described personal property of the value of $25.00," describing it, "knowing the same to have been stolen by Gerald Cookston and Elbert Evans." Thereupon a bench warrant issued for defendant's arrest...
