This is a suit filed by Josephine Domino, as petitioner, against New York Fire Insurance Company, New York Underwriter's Insurance Company, and Firemen's Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey, as defendants, to recover for the total destruction by fire of a certain building and its contents.
