The IMPROVED PARCEL OF LAND, known as Nos. 123 and 128 Logan Street, with the buildings thereon erected, Situate in the CITY OF WILMINGTON, County of New Castle and State of Delaware, Ralph Bell and Gertrude Bell, his wife, Charles Abrams and Frances Abrams, his wife, Peoples Bank & Trust Company, a Delaware corporation, and Unknown Owners, Defendants.
