Southern Oyster Shell Milling Corporation instituted this action to enjoin defendant, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation, from maintaining and operating a pipeline through or near shell deposits in Four League Bay in Terrebonne Parish except in such a manner as to enable Plaintiff to remove the shell deposits without interference.
