This is an appeal by the plaintiff Dale Hayes, from a judgment of involuntary nonsuit which the circuit court entered in favor of the defendant, Lloyd Wallace. The alleged cause of action which terminated in that manner arose from injuries which the plaintiff sustained when his right arm was caught in a corn picking machine which was operated on Wallace's farm in Marion County.
