This is an appeal from a judgment of the superior court affirming the dismissal of a claim by the State Board of Workmen's Compensation. The record discloses that an accident occurred on September 26, 1959, in Dade County, Ga. A claim was filed in Florida with the Florida Industrial Commission on April 21, 1960. This claim was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction by the Florida courts on December 15, 1961....
