This is a school integration case filed in November, 1962, in the Raleigh Division of the Eastern District of North Carolina; later, by consent transferred for hearing to the Wilmington Division and heard at the August, 1963 Special Term in that Division. It was filed for the use and benefit of a number of Indian children residing in Harnett County, North Carolina, by and through their respective parents as next friends, to compel the defendants...
