Cheney California Lumber Company, engaged in business in Greenville, California, filed with the National Labor Relations Board charges of unfair labor practices on the part of Local No. 2647 and the District Council of Lumber and Sawmill Workers. The Board dismissed the complaint, and Cheney has petitioned this Court for review of the Board's order. It contends that the Union's resort to strike constituted a failure to bargain in good faith...
