On August 30, 1957 claimant, a cleaning woman, sustained a fractured left femur when she fell from a ladder during the course of her employment. Eventually an award was made for 110 3/5 weeks of protracted temporary total disability and for permanent partial disability for a 20% loss of use of the left leg.
