In this action plaintiff sought to recover damages in the sum of $85,000 for personal injuries sustained when the motorcycle he was operating collided head on with defendant's automobile. The trial resulted in a verdict for defendant. Plaintiff's motion for a new trial was sustained by the trial court because of "errors committed in the giving of Instructions No. 5 and No. 6."
