This diversity action was instituted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, on the 24th day of May, 1960, by the plaintiffs, Wm. H. Harding, and fourteen other named plaintiffs, against A. A. Cameron, seeking an accounting from the defendant for gas produced from certain oil and gas leases in Grady County, Oklahoma. The case was properly removed to this Court because of diversity of citizenship between all of the plaintiffs...
