This is an action for damages arising out of a collision between two automobiles. The verdict was for the defendant. The plaintiff appeals.

The facts of the accident are reported in Raz v. Mills, 231 Or. 220, 372 P.2d 955 (1962). In the first case, Mrs. Raz recovered a judgment against Mrs. Mills. We affirmed, holding that there was a jury question whether...
