This is an appeal in an action to compel specific performance of an alleged contract to convey lands. Trial was had by the court sitting without a jury. Judgment was entered for defendant-respondent.

One of the appellants, Reva Long, is a niece of the deceased Amy Hilda Lundin, and through this relationship the appellants were given an opportunity to farm the land in question. Prior to 1948, the land had been leased to other persons...
