McBRIDE, Judge.

Plaintiff, a 62-year-old man, weighing more than 200 pounds, fell in a local restaurant while a patron therein, and he brings this suit against the operator thereof and her liability insurer to recover damages for personal injuries, and defendants have appealed from a judgment for $10,596 in favor of plaintiff, rendered after a trial on the merits in the lower court.
