This is a usury matter. The respondent was prosecuted and convicted under 9 V. S.A. § 34(c). The information filed by the state's attorney charged that the respondent on the 9th day of September, 1961 "did then and there knowingly and wilfully contract with and aid and assist one Samuel Emilo to contract with Earl E. Farnsworth and Marguerite Farnsworth for a sum of money in excess of the legal interest for the loan, use, or forbearance...
