BURNETT, Justice.

The plaintiff in error was the petitioner in this case for what he styled a writ of mandamus. After hearing this petition the trial judge denied the petition and an appeal was seasonably perfected. The trial judge appointed counsel for the petitioner in the trial court, but this counsel did not appear in this Court and the petitioner has well represented himself.
