Appellant has appealed from the decision of the Board of Appeals which affirmed the rejection of 16 claims in his application1 for patent for an "Interlocked Panel Structure". Since the rejection of claim 9 has not been appealed, fifteen claims remain in this appeal.

Appellant's invention relates to a panel or wall construction in which a hollow wall is formed by several panels fastened together in one embodiment...
