Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of violation of the Uniform Narcotic Drug Act, chapter 204, Code 1962, I.C.A., especially section 204.2 thereof. He was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to a term of two years in the men's reformatory at Anamosa and to pay a fine of $100 and costs, as provided by Code section 204.22.
