The jury found the appellant, Elvis Pickens, guilty of the crime of knowingly receiving stolen property (§ 41-3934 Ark. Stats.), and fixed his punishment at five years in the penitentiary. From a judgment on the verdict and an unavailing motion for new trial there is this appeal.
