PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information, tried before court and jury and found guilty of the crime of escape from the men's reformatory in violation of section 745.1, Code 1962, I.C.A. He was sentenced to the men's reformatory at Anamosa for an indeterminate term not exceeding five years. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
