Howard E. Crane and Amelia A. Crane, the plaintiffs and appellants, applied to the building inspector of Sarpy County, Nebraska, for a special permit to construct and operate a trailer court upon the north 125 feet of Lot 8-C in Clinton's Subdivision in Sarpy County, Nebraska. The board of adjustment denied the application and the plaintiffs appealed to the district court.
