TROOP, J.
This appeal is from a judgment for the defendants in the trial court, appellees in this court, entered following a directed verdict by the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County. At the close of the plaintiffs' case, defendants moved for a directed verdict which was sustained. A motion for a new trial was overruled, from which decision plaintiffs appeal on questions of law.
